Jade Magnet is proud to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with Nautillus Open Innovation Platform for cooperation in the field of innovation.

Nautillus is an open innovation platform in Central Europe and aims at transfer of technologies and knowledge performed in the field of open innovation.  The agreement will provide additional opportunities to Jade Magnet providers to participate in the shared projects which fall under the creative/technology area. The MOA will also benefit clients across the globe especially Central Europe get access to talent on Jade Magnet platform through Nautillus.

The agreement will enhance sharing of selected projects and knowledge network to build collaborative environment for development of stakeholders on both the platforms.

Introducing Deepti Goel, a provider on Jade Magnet who has worked on Jade Magnet platform for more than 15 brands doing animations for them, designed logos for brands in UK and India and is now doing a website for a Middle East client.

1.   You are one of the oldest members of Jade Magnet, how does it feel seeing Jade Magnet grow?

Its really been a pleasure to be on Jade Magnet. Its really great to be the part of it and i feel wonderful that its growing rapidly. It has provided lot of freelancers, individuals and  firms a good platform to work on .

2.   You have delivered so many animations on Jade Magnet platform, how do you think the process can be made better?

Yes, true we have worked on lot of animation work and graphic work in Jade Magnet. It can be improved by giving  more specific information about the requirement as to what the client is looking for. The briefs can be made a little more stronger to ensure we are able to deliver better to the client.

3.   What are your suggestions to make Jade Magnet a better place for providers?

Its growing in a great way, however it will be even more wonderful if some of the below points are considered

• The projects which are there in the contest, some time the are not detailed and the ref should always be attached to it so that it gives more clarity. The document should be made more specific
• Providers should be allowed to display what is being submitted for the contest/project so that we can get direct ideas on how we can improve our designs.
